At Stone Residential your first phone call or email to us requesting a valuation will get you straight through to the associate who will come and do the valuation.

Before your Stone associate arrives they will have researched data from property websites, RICS, Halifax, Nationwide and the land registry, as well as our own archives for similiar properties on your road and in your area. They will also bring a selection of property brochures from previous sales we have completed, so that you may see how we will market your property.

This will all come in a Stone pack for you to keep, along with information on our recommended financial advisors to give you the best start in putting your property on the market.

At the valuation your Stone associate will walk round your property with you, making notes and will ask you questions about the history of the property. They will then sit down with you, take you through your personal pack, give you your valuation figure and discuss your expectations. This process will take between 45 minutes to one hour. We will then leave you to digest all of the information in your own time before making your decision to market with us.
