How does it work?
Have you ever dealt with a company or business where you were passed from person to person, where no one took responsibility or was able to give you the answers you wanted? Frustrating isn’t it?

Every Stone client is assigned their own personal manager. Our managers provide a one to one service from start to finish, resulting in exceptional customer service.
Your personal manager will have excellent local knowledge and industry experience. All our managers are professionals, who have been individually selected for their unique personality and approach; they have been highly trained to be able to offer you a complete service.
It is our experience that the person best placed to sell your property, is the person who knows the most about it. This is the person who valued the property, who you have met, approved and instructed. This is what sets us apart from anyone else. As a Stone client, your manager will receive all of the buyer leads and conduct the viewings; no other agent can or does, offer this uniquely superior service.
Firstly your manger will value your property; they will then advise you on all aspects of your property and any requirements specific to the sale or letting of your property and onward move. Once you have given your manager your instructions, they will work with professional photographers and floor plan specialist to produce your marketing details; taking extra care to assure they are the very best. Your manager can also arrange your HIP and assist you in your conveyance and mortgage decisions, should you require.
As soon as marketing begins, your manager will receive every enquiry for your property and personally conduct the viewings. This ensures your property is shown by a professional who truly knows it, which gives your property the very best chance of selling for the highest price; all with a complete and attentive service. Every viewing is accompanied and we give feedback within 24 hours. Our vendor’s receive a fortnightly report, detailing our efforts and providing all the information our clients need to understand how the market is receiving their property.
Your personal manager will negotiate for you to achieve the very best price. When a successful sale is agreed, your manager will continue to work closely with your solicitor and see the sale through to a successful exchange and completion of contracts.
Most importantly of all for our clients, by having their own personal manager it allows our clients the time to get to know their partner and build a relationship of trust, so they can be sure they are getting the best advice to protect and care for their interest.
